Terms of Use: Digital Tasbeeh - سبحة رقمية
Effective date: 7 October 2026
These terms apply to the Android app Digital Tasbeeh - سبحة رقمية ("the App"), published by KM Digital Labs (Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, dr.khaled.hassanein@gmail.com). By using the App you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and to any purchase.
1. The App
The App is a digital tasbeeh (dhikr counter) with an azkar library, reminders and a home-screen widget. It is free to use and is supported by ads. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Religious content
- The azkar, Qur'anic verses and hadith texts in the App come from the sources cited with each item and in Settings → Sources & credits. Each item shows its source and, where available, its grading.
- We review content carefully, but errors in text, vowel marks (tashkeel), translation or references are possible. The App is a tool for remembrance. It does not give religious rulings (fatwa). For questions of religious practice, consult a qualified scholar.
- To report an error, email dr.khaled.hassanein@gmail.com with the item's name and what you think is wrong. We check reports against the cited sources and correct confirmed errors in a content update.
- Translations are given to help understanding. The Arabic text is the reference.
3. Remove ads (in-app purchase)
- Remove ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase made through Google Play. It removes advertising from the App on devices signed in to the same Google account. It does not unlock other features. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
- Google Play processes the payment. Prices are shown in Google Play in your local currency, and taxes are included as Google Play applies them.
- Restore: if you reinstall the App or change phones, sign in with the same Google account and tap Restore purchase. The purchase is linked to your Google account, not to a separate account with us.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy (https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637). This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
- If we stop offering the App, a completed purchase stays valid for as long as the installed App works. We are not obliged to keep releasing updates.
4. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the App or its design, or reverse-engineer it, except as the law allows. Do not interfere with its ads, for example through fake clicks. Do not use it in a way that breaks the law. Content quoted from third-party sources stays under those sources' terms.
5. Ads
Ads are provided by Google AdMob and chosen by Google. We restrict ads to general-audience content and block sensitive categories. We do not control or endorse individual ads; please report an inappropriate ad to dr.khaled.hassanein@gmail.com. Your ad-privacy choices are explained in the Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is". We do our best to keep counts, reminders and content accurate and available. However, we do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that reminders will always appear on time; Android may delay or block notifications. Keep your own records of anything important to you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, KM Digital Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data stored on your device. Our total liability for any claim about the App is limited to the amount you paid for Remove ads. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Changes and ending
We may update the App and these terms. We will post changes here with a new effective date, and give notice in the App or in release notes when a change is material. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
